Contact our support team or log into your account portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the hardware in its original anti-static packaging and shipping box to prevent damage during transit; include all original cables and components.
Shipping and Labeling
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container and ship the package to our designated testing facility using a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect and test the hardware to verify its condition before issuing a refund or exchange to your original payment method.
